ernphp Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ernphp," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the gaming platform at ernphp.cam, duly licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the website, or uses any services provided by ernphp.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with ernphp.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting options, and related functionalities offered through the ernphp platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and bingo.
• "Website" means the ernphp platform accessible at ernphp.cam and any associated mobile applications or subdomains.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offers provided by ernphp to Players.
• "Real Money" means actual funds deposited by the Player into their Account for wagering purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with ernphp. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced. ernphp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

ernphp services are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines. Players must be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of registration and gameplay. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. ernphp reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted only one (1) Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different personal details or not, is strictly prohibited. If ernphp detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided. ernphp may retain funds in duplicate accounts to cover administrative costs and damages.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

ernphp is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify Player identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with any third party. ernphp will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication method. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must immediately notify ernphp if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. ernphp is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account use unless such access resulted from a failure of our security systems. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account until you notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must keep your Account information current and accurate. Any changes to your contact details, address, or payment methods must be updated promptly through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. ernphp is not responsible for communications sent to outdated contact information on file.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

ernphp accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though bank transfers may take 2-4 hours during banking hours.

4.2 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your Account must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ernphp may request documentation proving ownership of payment methods at any time. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded to the source (minus processing fees) and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. ernphp aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours, and bank transfers within two (2) to four (4) hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour subject to blockchain confirmation times. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, ₱500 for bank transfers, and the equivalent of ₱500 for cryptocurrency withdrawals. ernphp reserves the right to charge processing fees for withdrawals under ₱1,000 or for excessive withdrawal requests (more than five per day).

4.5 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at odds of 1.50 or higher (for sports betting) or played through once in casino games before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to deposits made without claiming any bonus. Deposits made with bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements of that bonus offer.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ernphp offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotion page and in your Account bonus section. Bonus terms may vary between offers. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable Real Money. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% and some games may not contribute at all.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

While playing with active bonus funds, Players may not exceed a maximum bet of ₱100 per spin or hand. Exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ernphp strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other Players to exploit bonuses, using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed by ernphp to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may face permanent account closure.

5.5 Expiration

Most bonuses expire within seven (7) to thirty (30) days of issuance unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from expired bonuses will be removed from your Account upon expiration. It is your responsibility to check bonus expiration dates in your Account.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

Each game offered by ernphp has specific rules and procedures. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before wagering. Game rules are accessible through the information or help section of each game. Where game rules conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcome, all affected bets are void and stakes refunded. ernphp is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions or errors. Continued play after becoming aware of a malfunction or error constitutes acceptance of risk and forfeiture of any claims.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is subject to specific rules regarding event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, and result determinations. Generally, bets on canceled events are voided and stakes refunded. Bets on postponed events remain valid if the event is completed within forty-eight (48) hours; otherwise, bets are voided. Settlement is based on official results as determined by governing sports bodies.

6.4 Live Betting

During live betting, odds and available markets change rapidly based on in-game events. There may be a slight delay between events occurring and odds updates. Bets are accepted based on odds displayed at the time of bet placement. ernphp reserves the right to refuse bets if odds were displayed incorrectly due to technical error or if the bet was placed after a material event that should have resulted in odds change.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using the ernphp platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Philippine law.
• Money laundering or any activity intended to disguise the source of funds.
• Collusion with other Players to gain unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask location or identity.
• Sharing Account access with third parties or allowing others to use your Account.
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered to other persons.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to ernphp systems.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code through ernphp systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or ernphp staff.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from ernphp software.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ernphp platform including software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and compilation thereof is the exclusive property of ernphp or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The ernphp trademark, logo, and all related marks are owned by ernphp or its affiliates.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ernphp platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ernphp platform without express written permission from ernphp.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ernphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

ernphp is not responsible for losses resulting from: unauthorized access to your Account, technical failures or malfunctions beyond our control, actions of third-party payment processors or banks, interruptions in internet connectivity, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or war.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from use of ernphp Services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Internal Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding ernphp Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We commit to investigating all complaints fairly and responding within forty-eight (48) hours. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.

10.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ernphp customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight department. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ernphp is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. PAGCOR's determination shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Responsible Gaming

ernphp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

11.1 Age Verification

All Players must be at least twenty-one (21) years old. ernphp strictly enforces age verification and underage gambling is prosecuted under Philippine law.

11.2 Self-Limitation Tools

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits through their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for seventy-two (72) hours to prevent impulsive decisions. Limits can be decreased immediately at any time.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gaming may self-exclude for periods of twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days, thirty (30) days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.

11.4 Problem Gambling Resources

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming helpline or visit their website for confidential assistance. Warning signs of problem gambling include spending more money or time than intended, neglecting work or family responsibilities, chasing losses, or borrowing money to gamble.

12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with funds may require up to seven (7) business days for final withdrawal processing.

12.2 Involuntary Closure

ernphp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in prohibited activities, fails KYC verification, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of our Services. If your Account is closed for violation of terms, ernphp may retain funds to cover any damages, chargebacks, or administrative costs.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. ernphp reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 on inactive accounts with remaining balances. Accounts will be notified via email before fees are assessed. To reactivate an account, simply log in and contact customer support.

13. Amendments to Terms

ernphp reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of ernphp Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when terms were last revised.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ernphp regarding use of our Services and supersede all prior communications or agreements.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without ernphp's written consent. ernphp may assign these terms to any successor entity or affiliate without your consent.
